Returns

The number of defects in delivered products is very small. However, it's important to know that we resolve any issues quickly, so you're ultimately satisfied.

When can I return something?

- Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be in original, unused condition.
- Returns must include the original box, accessories, and a return form.

How do you start a return or exchange?

1. Email info@clameurhomme.nl with your order number and email address.
2. State your reason for the return. Items must be in original condition with labels intact.
3. Once approved, send the item back via a courier of your choice.
4. Upon receipt, we inspect and process your return per our policy. Refunds are issued via the original payment method, usually within 7 business days.
